• Maximum Occupancy 4 Adults (age 21 & older) No Children or Pets.  Strictly Enforced.
• 3 Vehicles Maximum... No Motor Home, RV or Boat / Trailer Parking.  Strictly Enforced.
• 3 Night Minimum Required
• Per Night:  $150.00  for party of 2
• Per Week: $1000.00  for party of 2                                                   
• Refundable damage & cleaning deposit:     $250.00
• Advance Deposit:    50% of nightly rental fee
• Remaining Balance plus 7% state & county room tax Due10 days prior to occupancy.

• Keys delivered to you at the door of the vacation home upon your arrival, and must be left in the home upon your departure.
• Housekeeping not available unless pre-arranged at an additional fee of $30.00 per hour.  Home must be left in condition found.

• Personal bath & hand soaps not provided.
• Bed Linens, towels, paper products & cleaning supplies provided.
• Kitchen fully equipped, although you may wish to bring a favorite or essential cooking utensil from home.  PLEASE NOTE:  Cleaning & cooking your raw, freshly caught crab is NOT permitted at the rental.  Facilities are provided at the Port Dock and Dock of the Bay Marina 563-2003.  
• Telephone line for local calls & pre-paid calling cards only.
• The home is heated primarily by a Radiant gas fireplace pre-programmed for your comfort.
• SMOKING AND BURNING OF ANY MATERIALS PROHIBITED ON PROPERTY.
• TO CONFIRM your reservation:  We must receive your ADVANCE DEPOSIT within 3 days of your request for the reservation.  A receipt & confirmation will then be sent to you within 24 hours.
• CANCELLATIONS:  Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit the Advance Deposit unless the house can be re-rented for the entire cancelled period (a $25.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged.)  Advance Deposits for holiday periods & for reservations made more than six months in advance are subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee.  No refunds will be made for early departure.
• Violation of any federal or state law, company policy or house rule is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
• Our receipt of your Advance Deposit, & your Registration, certifies your agreement that each member of your party will comply with all policies listed herein & posted in your rental home.
• Upon satisfactory inspection of the rental, the refundable Cleaning/Security Deposit will be returned to you by mail within 5 days of your departure.
• Lost & found items will be held for 30 days only, & are subject to a $10.00 retrieval & handling fee, in addition to packing charges & shipping costs.
